Good Things About Our College

As a College involved in Vocational Training:

• We are interested in people and their welfare, not just techniques to ease discomfort;
• we look after you as a person;
• everything is transparent;
• our training system is simply based on competency.

While we are Government and Industry Accredited, we are privately-owned and operated and not a Government facility.

We are a genuinely wholistic training college for the ACT and Southern NSW.

As well as being ATMS Accredited, we are also a Government appointed Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

We support our approach by ensuring:

• Qualifications may be taken either part or full-time, with maximum ability to ‘mix and match’ subjects;
• There are flexible payment arrangements;
• We look at your formal study or experience which may lead to Recognition of Prior Learning.

College Credentials

Our strong qualifications exist because a reputable authority has thoroughly investigated The College and its Courses and has approved them for the public.

Government Accreditations

In the ACT the Government Authority is the Accreditation and Registration Council (ARC). Under ARC’s supervision, our College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and offers Nationally Recognised Training Courses valid Australia-wide. You can complete a:

• Nationally Recognised Training Diploma in Reflexology.
• Nationally Recognised Training Diploma of Remedial Massage.
• Nationally Recognised Training Certificate IV in Massage.

Australian Traditional-Medicine Society - A.T.M.S

In respect of the Natural Therapies Industry, this Approving Authority is A.T.M.S., which is the largest national association by far, having more than 65 affiliated training institutions and 10,000 financial members. By enrolling with us you know you have the backing of this strong Society, as the College has had since 1991.

Significant History

• 1984 - First Student Enrolled.
• 1985 - The College's Training courses were officially started.
• 1987 - 17th Sept, The College Name was formally Registered
• 1991 - College Accredited by A.T.M.S.
• 1999 - Courses were designated "Nationally Recognised Training".
• 1999 - 11th Feb - Approved Registered Training Organisation - RTO.
• 1999 - Full Time Course AUSTUDY / Youth Allowance Approved.
• 2002 - 23rd December - Approved Certificate IV in Massage – HLT 40302
• 2005 - 30th June - Approved for Diploma of Remedial Massage – HLT 50302
• 2006 - 2nd June - Approved for Diploma of Reflexology – Course 51206
